In autumn 2019, I was in Nice for the first time, almost by chance. I hardly knew anything about the city on the Côte d'Azur. "Nice" was a sounding name, but I only had a vague cliché in my head.
Once I arrived, I let myself drift and explored the city on foot. I photographed things that touched, interested or provoked me.
Discovering or making unpredictable connections became a fascinating game with our visual habits and the ambiguity of things.
